Our company history
Tool Technology Corp. was founded in 1992 by Don Reid as a Custom Machining shop.
Plastic Injection Molding services were added as the demand for those products grew in the upstate of South Carolina. Tooling, machining, and injection molding were integrated and fit well with the customer base of Tool Technology Corp. and the team assembled to operate and maintain the machines fulfilling orders.
With a 20,000-square-foot facility in Inman, SC, and leased warehouses available for inventory, the location of Tool Technology Corp. strategically places it close to the growing automotive and clean energy industries located in the southeastern US. 23 machines with a press capacity of up to 1,450 tons. Capacity to produce small electrical parts up to and including large multi-piece assemblies.
Tooling – Machining
CNC milling and turning. Ram and Wire EDM. Manual mills, lathes, and grinders. Heat treatment capabilities. All provided to satisfy industrial needs, large and small.
